Olana State Historic Site
‘Olana’ is the home of renowned American Landscape Artist Frederic Edwin Church. The 250 acre estate overlooks the Hudson River offering stunning views of the entire hudson valley. The home’s grounds are open to the public for free, and tickets for guided tours are available on Saturday and Sunday.
Taconic State Park
Taconic State Park is located along the Taconic Mountain Range, which shares a border with Massachusetts and Connecticut. The State Park offers a vast network of hiking trails that vary in difficulty level and all offer great summit views.
